At O!PerfectGift we usually ship out within 3 business days and your product is likely to arrive within estimated shipping time below. We will keep you updated and inform you on progress. Once your order ships, you will receive an update email from us notifying you of the carrier and any relevant tracking information.

We always aim to deliver your product to you as soon as possible, however, due to popular demand, and at times during peak periods around special occasions, your product may at times take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
We care about each and every customer, so rest assured your product is on its way, and we appreciate your patience. If at any time, your product delivery has been delayed. Please contact us in the first instance to address any problems.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Customer will be responsible for any customs and duty fees that may arise, for their particular country of residence.
Regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
O!PerfectGift are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
